1.Description.
Double eccentric valve is a Double flange butterfly valve of a Double eccentric type with a rubber soft seal allowing a leakage of "0".It has the lowest torque, greatly reduces the friction between butterfly plate and rubber and will not produce stress, increasing the service life of the sealing ring.This design has been used for over half a century in the United States and is very durable and has a very low failure rate. It is mainly used in waterworks, sewage, water pipe networks, air conditioners, industrial and petrochemical systems.

3.Features
-The valve body and disc are made of ductile iron and stainless steel shaft.
-Novel design - dovetail groove seal ring, can be tightly combined with d valve body, will not be washed away from the valve body.
-There are several layers of small sealing strips above the sealing ring to ensure the sealing and reduce wear.
-The double eccentric design provides less contact surface (disc and sealing ring) and minimizes contact area when disc is fully open.
-The butterfly plate has a curved arch bridge design, which greatly increases the strength of the butterfly plate. -----There are also many Spaces inside the butterfly plate, allowing water to circulate, reducing the flow resistance and the weight of the butterfly plate.

6.Operating principle
Double eccentric butterfly valve is further improved on the basis of single eccentric butterfly valve.Its structure characteristic is in the valve stem axis both deviates from the butterfly plate center, also deviates from the body center.The effect of double eccentricity makes the butterfly plate can be removed from the seat immediately after the valve is opened, greatly eliminating the butterfly plate and seat unnecessary excessive extrusion, scraping phenomenon, reduce the opening resistance, reduce the wear, increase the life of the seat.The significant reduction of the scratch, but also makes the double eccentric butterfly valve can also use metal seats, improve the butterfly valve in the high temperature field of application.
