1.Description.
Soft sealing gate valve is a replacement product of traditional gate valve, which can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, video, electricity, medicine, metallurgy, light spinning, energy system and other fluid pipelines as a regulating and blocking device.

3.Features
-Integral laminating: the valve adopts integral laminating, with good covering performance and geometric size, ensuring reliable sealing and long service life.
-Light weight: the valve body is made of ball iron, light weight and easy to install.
-Flat valve seat: the same flat valve seat design as the water pipe is adopted at the bottom to avoid sundry deposition and provide reliable sealing.
-Corrosion resistance: the inner cavity is coated with epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust. It can be used not only for drinking, but also for sewage system.
-Three "O" seal: the valve is sealed by three o-rings, with small frictional resistance, light switch and no water leakage.

6.Operating principle
Stem nut in valve body, in direct contact with the medium.Open and close the gate with a rotating stem to achieve.The opening and closing part of the hidden stem gate valve is the gate plate. The movement direction of the gate plate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The gate valve can only be fully open and fully closed, and cannot be adjusted and throttled.
The stem nut is located on the gate. The handwheel rotates to drive the stem to rotate, so that the gate is lifted. Usually, there are trapezoidal threads at the bottom of the stem.
