3.Features
-Stem diaphragm assembly with double lead action through top and seat rings provides long life and reliability.
-All cast iron parts are coated with powder epoxy resin to resist corrosion
-During maintenance, the main valve can be repaired directly on line without disconnecting from the pipeline.
-The linear flow of valve body is convenient to obtain better control characteristics and lower head loss.
-Ductile iron has high strength and light weight
-Reinforced nylon membrane, die layer thickness uniform strength, good precision, durable.
-Internal USES the stainless steel seat, the guide platen and the shaft to be durable.
-Good closing effect, zero leakage safety,
-Hydraulic operation does not need external power, and can be matched with different guide pins and accessories as opening and closing or adjusting water level, pressure and flow.

6.Operating principle
The structure of digital display flow control valve is composed of automatic spool, manual spool and display.The display part is composed of flow valve movement, sensor transmitter, electronic calculator display part.
Its work is extremely complex.The measured water flow through the valve, the water flow impinges on the impeller inside the flow movement, the impeller rotates and is induced by the sensor transmitter, so that the sensor sends out the telecommunication number which is proportional to the flow, and the flow telecommunication number is sent into the electronic calculator through the wire. After the calculator calculation and the microprocessor processing, the flow value is displayed.
Manual spool is used to regulate the flow, according to the display value to set the required flow value.Automatic spool is used to maintain a constant flow, that is, when the pressure changes in the pipe network, automatic spool will automatically open under the pressure of the action of the small valve to maintain the set flow value unchanged.
