3.Features

02. The buoy lever is made of hard plastic, and the connection between the lever and the buoy and the support is movable, so it will not rust in the long-term operation, resulting in the failure of the system and water leakage.

6.Operating principle

When it is necessary to discharge the gas in the pipeline, the air in the pipeline enters the body cavity under the pressure of water and is discharged from the exhaust nozzle. Then, the water in the pipeline fills the body cavity. Under the buoyancy of water, the float ball moves upward to block the exhaust nozzle and achieve self-sealing.The air in the water under the action of the pressure, constantly into the exhaust valve body cavity of the upper, forced under the floating ball, leaving the original sealing position, the air and from the exhaust mouth eduction at this moment, then, the float back to its original position since the seal, therefore, exhaust valve in the normal work of the tire valve end is open, the floating ball constantly repeat the above action, air discharge.When maintenance or cleaning of the body cavity is required, the valve should be closed.
