1.Description.

3.Features
-The valve seat is designed to be detachable for field maintenance, and the whole basin design is adopted, which is not easy to be affected by impurity jam resistance.
-The coupling o-type sealing line at both ends enables the pipeline to be installed without additional gaskets to maintain a reliable seal, and different materials can be used according to different requirements.
-The valve plate material adopts the streamline design, can use in both directions, the flow resistance is small, the flow characteristic is excellent.
-Butterfly plate and seat adopts no pin structure or unplug pin structure, disc shaft tightly together, not loose, not to weaken the strength of the shaft and has good interchangeability.
-Flexible selection of operating mechanism, can be configured according to user needs manual, electric, pneumatic and other different rotating devices.

6.Operating principle
When the valve is in use, it turns the rotary handwheel above the valve body and connects the stem to drive the lower butterfly plate to rotate. Generally, the rotation range is between 0 and 90°. The clamping butterfly valve adopts the eccentric principle to strengthen the sealing of the valve.
